What’s your Hair Type, Find Your Texture

What’s your type? Silky-straight? Extra-curly? Bouncy and thick? Every head of hair is different, Find Your Texture.

Human are born with either natural curly hair, or straight hair, or wavy hair. The number of disulfide bonds between hair proteins is the cause of the amount of curl or wave of human hair.

The greater number of links, the curlier the hair. And the fewer number of links, the straighter the hair.

There is an interesting fact that those who have naturally curly hair prefer to have it straightened, and those who with straight hair want to have curls. Therefore, lots of people will apply high heat or chemicals on their hair to restyle. But these sometimes may cause permanent damage to your own hair. Brazilian wavy hair such as Brazilian body wave hair or Brazilian loose wave hair, Brazilian curly hair weave such as Kinky curly hair weave, you can find whatever hair type from them. Of course, you can achieve other hair type with the use of hot tools. But I think it is better to wear the bundles and then apply the heat on the bundles, which can protect your hair to the maximum extent. That’s what I want to share with you today. Hope it helps!.

  • Type 1 is straight hair
  • Type 2 is wavy hair
  • Type 3 is curly hair
  • Type 4 is Kinky hair.

Type 1 is straight hair. Straight hair reflects the most sheen, which is the most resilient hair of all the hair types. Its texture is hard to be curled, as the sebum works its way from the scalp to the ends without curls or kinks. Among all hair types, it is the most oily one.
Type 2 is wavy hair. I think those who born with wavy hair are very lucky, because they have the hair that is what others struggle to obtain. Wavy hair is easy to be curled or straightened. People with wavy hair can straighten it for a sleek look or curl it for more bounce. The fibers of wavy hair are oval-shaped, which makes it mostly round. Wavy hair also can be divided into three types: type 2A, type 2B and type 2C. Type 2A wavy hair is loose with an “S” shaped pattern and is on the thinner side. This type of hair is usually very easy to manage and style. To have this kind of wavy hair, a shoulder length cut is the most flattering and stylish look to go for. Type 2B wavy hair is shorter with a more prominent “S” shaped pattern. It resembles beachy wave, which are many women want to get. However, this type of hair tends to be slight frizz. With this kind of hair, you can pin you hair to the side, which will make you look gorgeous. Type 2C wavy hair has a very distinct “S” shaped pattern, and is borderline curly at some point. It tends to be frizzier and thicker than type 2A and type 2B hair. It is more difficult to be restyled. Wavy hair is always popular in women. Women who wear wavy hair appear more youthful and they can restyle the hair easily.

Type 3 is curly hair. Like wavy hair, curly hair also can be divided into curly 3A, curly 3B and curly 3C. Type 3 curly hair has a definite “S” shape. The “S” may be a lower case “S” or upper “S”. Sometimes it may resemble a “Z”. This type of hair is full bodied, climate dependent and damage prone. It needs more care than other kinds of hair.
Type 4 is Kinky hair. Kinky hair also can be divided into 4A, 4B and 4C. Kinky hair is wiry and delicate by nature. It is the driest hair type, with each strand having a zig zag pattern. With this kind of hair, you need to clean it gently, detangle softly and avoid using harsh chemicals.

My recommendation is to wear some virgin hair products such as bundles.Virgin hair looks like your own hair and can be restyled without causing any damage. Like most of women, I love to change my hairstyle as well. I usually buy some cheap hair bundles online. There is a brand named Maxglam, all the hair types are provided on their website.[full_width]
